Q: How much is shipping?
A: We offer FREE Standard Delivery to USA customers only.


Q: How long does shipping take?

  • USA orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days.

Q: What is my tracking number?
A: Your tracking number will be emailed to you 2-3 days after your order is placed. If you haven’t received it after 5 days, please contact us at support@seitouch.com.


Q: I've lost my tracking number. What can I do?
A: Contact us at support@seitouch.com with your full name and mailing address, and we’ll resend your tracking number.

  • Phone number

Q: How can I cancel my order?
